Arberlofts are the ideal place to unwind, relax by the pool, and enjoy precious vacation time with your loved ones. The surrounding area, with the natural landscape around the Großer Arber, offers a wide variety of sports and recreational activities as well as places to explore. All apartments feature a private balcony or terrace, TV, and internet. The pool and ski storage room in Bayerisch Eisenstein are shared facilities. Cozy two-room apartment in the Theresienthal neighborhood of the health resort town of Zwiesel, measuring just over fifty square meters. The ideal apartment for a stay for two (or even three, thanks to the pull-out couch), whether for relaxation, adventures with the Aktiv-Card, or for working from home combined with some downtime. Not suitable for small children, as the balcony railing tempts little adventurers to climb on it. From the hallway, you have access to the storage room with a dryer, the shower room with a washing machine, the living room, and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, fully automatic coffee maker, toaster, plenty of cabinets, and a dining table where guests can also be entertained. The bedroom, featuring a double bed (160 cm wide), a spacious closet, and a small desk, opens onto the balcony. In the living room, a pull-out couch invites you to spend cozy hours chatting, watching TV, gazing at the fire in the wood-burning stove, or simply daydreaming. A small desk is available for working from home. You also have access to the balcony from the living room. From the 12-square-meter, southwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Bavarian Forest: a view of Rabenstein, the Hennenkobel, and the town of Zwiesel. A dining area turns watching the sunset on warm summer evenings into a special experience. The teak chairs can be folded down into loungers. An awning and a parasol provide shade, as do the sliding shutters, which lend the apartment a Mediterranean flair on hot summer days. We want you to stay! For this reason—and also due to the tight staffing situation—the minimum stay is 5 nights. The deposit is 100% of the room rate. Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: Starting in 2026, the tourist tax will be included in the price. You’ll receive the Bavarian Forest AktivCard free of charge. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request.
