For those working remotely, the apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk setup for home office or video calls. It also features an elevator and two private parking spaces, making it ideal for digital nomads, families, or long stays. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.
Its location is unbeatable: right behind Hospital Español and just minutes from Polanco, Reforma, and Chapultepec, giving you quick access to the city’s best dining, business hubs, and cultural spots. **Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).
*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.
Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.
Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property using a digital door code. You’ll have complete privacy during their stay, but we’re available 7 days a week if needed. Just send us a message. Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
