There is a strict NO PARTY policy at the property. Only the guests specified in the booking are allowed to stay at the house. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Penalties apply if this booking policy is no adhered to, The booking will be instantly cancelled with no refund and you will be asked to leave the house.
