This centrally-located Clearwater home is just a short drive to the beaches, Dunedin, and downtown Tampa. (Clearwater beach is about 5 miles away). There is a private, in-ground pool, a large screened-in porch, a pergola with outdoor seating, a fire table, propane grill, outdoor shower, and a wide variety of flowering plants.
There are two bedrooms and a bonus room. There is a queen bed in one of the bedrooms and twin bunkbeds in the other bedroom. There is a trundle bed with pull out twin bed in the bonus room, and there is a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room.
This property is very family and pet friendly.

This is an amazing property, Truly not much you need to bring with you. They have games, a pool and even water guns. Would recommend to everyone

We enjoyed our stay. The outside furniture and spaces weren’t as clean as the inside of the home- making it less enjoyable to use. The pool was a great temperature and a really nice treat after a day at the beach. Cleaning agent smell was also quite strong. We had trouble with the hot water, it was inconsistent for even 1 shower, cutting out early on for about 2 minutes before it would return. Would recommend for families (there were lots of pool toys and indoor games/puzzles) and would stay again.
