Evergreen Estates Castle is set on over an acre of old-growth pine forest.
You'll know as soon as you pull in the 8+ car driveway and see the HUGE
800sqft. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, foosball
table and upper game room, living room with 75" 4k TV, and rooftop balcony
overlooking Lake Livingston. This is the place for your group retreat.
I built this castle from the ground up in 2025 to bring people together with:
* 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms
* 13ft dining table, seats 12-16
* Rooftop balcony, seats 18 (14 at the table) and still has room for cornhole
* Upper game room, seats 9
* Living room, seats 11+ with 75” 4K TV
Each bedroom was designed for your comfort with:
* Interior wall soundproofing insulation and solid-core doors
* Hotel-style AC/heat air handlers with remote so you may set the exact temperature you want in your room (except for the Rebel Room which has fans)
* USB charging
* Lamp(s)
* Chair(s)
* The bunk beds are all TwinXL, so adults can sleep comfortably
When you arrive, you'll enjoy the cozy living room perfect for movie nights, a
fully equipped kitchen for family meals, and comfortable bedrooms for everyone
to unwind. Kids and adults alike will love the foosball table, and the upper
game room is a favorite for families. The huge rooftop balcony is the perfect
spot for morning coffee, evening sunsets, or stargazing together.
The castle's just 10 mins away from Onalaska, the largest town on Lake
Livingston. Onalaska has boat launches, restaurants, a grocery story, a
laundromat, local shops, and more. The location's perfect for exploring nearby
marinas, parks, and family-friendly restaurants. Or, head to Lake Livingston
for swimming, boating, and fishing.
