In the extreme south of the Haute-Garonne, in the heart of the Pyrenees, the tourist residence  welcomes you in the spa of Luchon. The privileged location of the residence will allow you to be less than 500 meters from the thermal baths and 100 meters from the cable car that connects the city to the station Luchon-Superbagnères. The residence  in Luchon welcomes you in one of its 47 accommodations of holiday spread over 2 buildings. We offer fully equipped studios and apartments ranging from 2 to 8 people.

Choosing your accommodation close to the Superbagneres resort means choosing to spend your holiday a stone’s throw from the slopes, which are just 15 minutes from the residence. In winter, get your skis on and head for an avalanche of fun in Superbagneres’ 80-hectare skiing area, nicknamed the Balcony of the Pyrenees.

A €300 deposit is mandatory for reserving this accommodation, and it can only be secured through a bank card imprint. Please note that we do not accept bank cheques for deposits.

Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.

The gondola lift which join the residence to the Superbagnères ski area will be closed for this winter.
Clients have access to the ski area by car. (45min estimated travel time).
