Residents will not tolerate noise in this neighborhood; please conclude all noise by 10 PM to avoid any conflict. Any guest violating the city's noise ordinance will be subject to a fine (up to $1000) and any additional city-imposed fees due to the complaint (up to $10,000).

The house is very cute and layed out nicely. The king bed in the master bedroom and pillows were very comfortable. We loved the hanging out on the patio and pool area. Quiet neighborhood and nicely located.

An older home in a very quiet neighborhood. The home met all our needs for our weeklong golf trip. The home has three bedrooms and ample living space. We did not use the backyard pool but it definitely would attract families with kids. Very easy reservation to make and great communication with the property manager.

Hello, It worked pretty well for our needs. A few issues:
1. floors and windows were dirty
2. Small Appliances didn't work well
- Coffee Maker didn't work, Toaster burned bread
3. Difficulty accessing entry (property mgr spoke w/us and we were successful after 4th number:)
