About this apartment rental

Summary:

Stunning 2 bedroom flat in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter, sleeping up to 6 guests. Walk to the best restaurants, bars, record shops and street art the city has to offer. Two comfy bedrooms plus a king size sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Just 3 minutes from Market Street tram stop and a 15 minute walk to Piccadilly station. Perfect for weekend breaks, group getaways or longer working stays. Looked after by Matt and Steph at City SuperHost.



The Space:

Our 2 bed flat is spacious and central.



Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and an ensuite with shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. The living room has a king size sofa bed, so the flat sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for longer stays, including a washing machine.



Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.



Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.



You’ll receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.

The Neighborhood:

Northern Quarter is a central area bursting with restaurants and cafes. Browse record shops, independent stores and arts boutiques, spotting street art and murals en route. Walk 5 minutes to Market Street, the start of the shopping district.

Getting Around:

The flat is in a central location so most of Manchester is within easy walking distance.



Market Street tram stop is around 3 minutes on foot, connecting you to the whole Metrolink network including MediaCityUK, Old Trafford, the Etihad Campus, Manchester Airport and Co-Op Live.



Manchester Piccadilly station is around a 15 minute walk, with direct trains to London, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool and beyond. Being this close to Piccadilly makes the property incredibly easy to reach by public transport from anywhere in the UK.



Parking is available at nearby NCP car parks including Church Street and Dale Street. Check NCP online for current rates.



Uber operates throughout the city.
