Other things to note
The water heater on the home is electric. It provides hot water for 30 min and then takes an hour or so to replenish. Please keep this in mind when staying with large groups. There are 2 full bathrooms available on the property.
Any smoking inside the home will result in a 350 usd fee as the owner has severe allergies to tobacco and smoke and the furniture is white and brand new!
Any parking on the lawn will damage sprinkler heads and will result in a 200.00 fee to repair any sprinkler heads.
Any long term bookings will have a deep clean required every 3 weeks at 160.00 per clean to be billed through the account. To ensure supplies are restocked and bedding is cleaned for guests. Also any maintenance will take place on the cleaning date.
