Large windows with privacy or blackout pleated blinds and additional curtains (in the living area and the sleeping alcove) ensure pleasant lighting and privacy.
Insect screens are installed on all windows and the balcony door to ensure you can relax without uninvited guests.

The Deichgraf-Burhave residential complex is centrally located in Burhave. Restaurants and shopping options are in the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance; Burhave Beach is approximately 1.3 km from the complex.
Right in the residential complex, a 16 × 8 m indoor pool awaits you—ideal for a relaxing swim or a quick dip in between activities. With a water depth ranging from 0.80 to 1.30 m and a pleasant temperature of 27.5 °C, it’s perfect for anyone looking to combine exercise with relaxation.
For those seeking warmth and tranquility after an active day, the indoor pool offers a cozy sauna right on site.
Each apartment has its own parking space located directly at the residential complex.



On-site costs: Final cleaning and utility costs are included in the price. A linens package (bed linens, 1 bath towel, and 3 regular towels) can be rented for €20.00 per person; bed linens alone can be rented for €10.00 per person werden.In n some apartments, one dog is allowed (see individual apartment descriptions). Use of the swimming pool belonging to the residential complex is free of charge; use of the sauna is subject to a fee and requires prior reservation. The price is €8.50 per person for 120 minutes.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
