    Bathroom mixer was broken. All three dispensers (soap, shampoo and body wash) were empty on check-in. Room service took one hour to deliver. Tea is delivered in open glass, not flask, which results in its getting cold. Bathroom cleaning is substandard. Clothes hanger was broken. Reception Staff response is unsatisfactory except for Mr. Yadav (said to serve as accountant who was prompt and tried to resolve problems). There is no lift in the hotel . Amenities advertised are all not available. I would neither be recommending not wanting to stay there again.

    The property is neat and clean. The food they serve is exceptional and affordable.The staff is well mannered and respectful. Only one drawback is that they don’t have lift so may be worrisome for those who feel difficult in climbing stairs but it can be overcome by staying in the ground floor rooms. The owner and Manager Mr Cheetan is wonderful guy— greatly helpful
