The photos on the listing are completely misleading and hide an unacceptable reality. This place has great potential, but it is ruined by a general lack of maintenance and catastrophic local management that takes full advantage of the owner's absence (who resides in the UK). ​Here is the reality we faced: ​Dirty room : After making us wait 20 minutes upon arrival, we were given a room where the bed sheets and towels were still dirty from the previous guests. Overall, dirt is everywhere throughout the property. There is no water botle, no internet working properly, no sanitary, soap, shampoo, no external furniture...nothing that is listed is available. ​Missing amenities and blatant lies: The AC in our first room did not work. The manager's response? "It doesn't matter, there is a fan," boldly claiming that AC wasn't mentioned in the listing, which was an absolute lie. Furthermore, there is no kitchen and no heater. ​Unusable swimming pool: The pool is literally taken over by locals who swim in it fully clothed, making it completely unusable for the actual hotel guests. ​Rude and disrespectful staff: The manager's behavior is unacceptable. He clearly does not care about the guests' comfort; he just collects his salary at the end of the month and treats paying guests with utter contempt. When we heavily insisted on changing rooms due to the unsanitary conditions, they were more interested in kicking us out and canceling the reservation entirely, just to avoid getting a bad review. ​Total lack of transparency: I asked multiple times to be put in contact with the UK-based owner to report the state of their property, but this request was categorically denied. ​Formal complaint filed: I have officially opened a case with Agoda regarding this property. This kind of establishment and these shameful practices have absolutely no place on the Agoda platform. ​In short: The location itself could be beautiful, but the management does not care about you at all. Do not book this place!
