    Good hotel. Very clean modern. Near two metro lines. Nice staff. Very responsive and helpful. Beds are very low and a bit hard to get out of. Room facilities are very modern/digital and can be hard to use if can't read/speak Chinese. Other than that, it is very highly recommended. So clean!

    1. Emergency Exit Door Firstly, the hotel did not clearly indicate which emergency exit door leads to the laundry area (while the other emergency exit door leads to the concrete staircase area). Due to the lack of clear signage, guests could easily assume that both emergency exit doors provide direct access to the laundry area. In the afternoon, we went down from the 12th floor via the staircase and were able to return to our own floor and open the emergency exit door without any issue. Therefore, we naturally assumed that the same arrangement would apply at night. However, at night, we discovered that the emergency exit door could only be accessed from the outside, but could not be opened from the staircase side to return to the guest room floors. As a result, we were locked inside the staircase area and unable to return to our room. The situation was genuinely frightening and raised safety concerns. Afterwards, the hotel explained that a password was required to open the emergency exit door at night. We understand that the hotel may have different access control measures at night due to staffing arrangements or security considerations. However, if there are different usage requirements for the emergency exit doors during nighttime, we suggest that the hotel should proactively inform guests during check-in or provide clear signage near the exit doors, rather than only explaining after such an incident occurs. We hope the hotel can improve the signage of the emergency exit doors and strengthen communication with guests to prevent similar incidents from happening again. This will allow guests to have a clearer understanding of the proper access routes and feel safer during both emergencies and daily use. 2. Bedding (Personal Experience) I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. During the first two nights of my stay, I experienced persistent itching after coming into contact with the bedding. I reported this issue to the hotel and requested a replacement of the bedding. The staff explained that some guests may have more sensitive skin and suggested using disposable bedding instead. I accepted this arrangement. However, even after changing to disposable bedding, I continued to experience itching. Although I cannot confirm whether it was definitely caused by the bedding, I did experience persistent discomfort throughout my stay, which affected my overall accommodation experience.
