Das Appartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem, was gebraucht wird, ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Im Sommer besticht das Appartment durch ein angenehmes Klima mit seinen gedämmten Wänden und Lehmputz. Bad ist barrierefrei. Schöne Sonnenterrasse vor dem Haus. Ippenschied ist ein sehr beschauliches Sackgassendorf ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Perfekt für Ruhesuchende und Wanderer. In unmittelbarer Nähe Zugang zum Naturpark Soonwald-Nahe. Hier gibt es mehrere wunderschöne Premium-Rundwanderwege und Zugang zum Saar-Hunsrück-Steig. Die Vermieterin Anke ist unkompliziert und hat wertvolle Tips. Ihre selbstgemachten Seifen sind wunderbar.
Ohne Auto ist die Anbindung schwierig. Bett ist nur von einer Seite zugänglich. Die zweite Person muss über die vordere hinübersteigen. Wir hatten als Ehepaar damit kein Problem. Im Wohnzimmer gäbe es als mögliches Ausweichquartier eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch.
