Everything was almost perfect except for the lack of staff. I account that to the facility only being open for four weeks. Everything is fresh and new. It wasn’t a really big deal to me because everything else was nice.

Again. Everything was great but I would have to say the lack of staff. Which I’m sure that will improve with time hopefully. Location, noise level, cleanliness, etc. All were great for me. They even accommodated my family after the neighbors set off the fire alarm. We were upgraded to the King suite and slept like babies. Thank you! One other small issue is the parking space and the whole parking garage setup. Not a major problem, just needs the kinks worked out. The staff was very friendly and professional especially Ms. Barbara. Thank you again.

Not too bad, the rooms were nice. The alarm that went off on 4th floor for an entire day wasn't Couldn't hear It from my room. So I didn't say anything to the front desk, but housekeeping was on that floor for several hours.So I don't know how anyone didn't hear it. Speaking of housekeeping, apparently you had to request to have it done even when you were staying for several days.I had to go down and get more toilet paper and towels. Breakfast wasn't too bad the same kind of typical thing.You would find in most hotels even ones that cost fifty bucks a night. They did run out of coffee several times was hoping housekeeping would refill the coffee I had in my room.Because the lobby was out frequently, but again wasn't a horrible state.But could have been better

The alarm that kept going off on 4th floor sounded like it was coming from one of the rooms, but it went off for an entire day when I left that morning got back that afternoon. And evening, it was still going on into the next morning, at least I couldn't hear it from my room running out of coffee sucked too, and the lack of housekeeping was not fun
