Welcome to 19 Seaview Bay, an idyllic escape by the sea.



Located in the Seagrove Bay area of Seaview this comfortable apartment offers the perfect base to explore the Island.

Set on the 2nd floor of the building but with level access after the first set of steps as pictured from the parking area. The apartment has a small balcony in which to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of something chilled!!



LOCATION

The Edwardian resort of Seaview renowned for its annual regatta is a delightful destination for those seeking a quintessential English coastal experience. With a range of excellent dining options, including restaurants, pubs, and cafes, you'll enjoy stunning views, local seafood, and wine as you unwind by the sea. The village’s quiet beach is perfect for water sports like sailing, windsurfing, and paddling, while the yacht club adds to the vibrant summer atmosphere. You’ll find a blend of rocks and sand, ideal for taking in perfect viewpoints and enjoying the relaxing seaside ambiance. A café serving drinks and snacks further enhances the coastal experience.



ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation is accessed from the parking area and across a bridge with steps. The lounge provides a comfortable place to unwind and has a pleasant balcony with side sea view. A kitchenette offers the perfect space for creating a culinary delight to enjoy either on the balcony or at the dining table. A light and airy bedroom is a restful haven with an ensuite shower room. There is also a handy cloakroom featuring an macerator wc for convenience.

Guests can choose to either pay a non-refundable damage waiver of £35 or provide a pre-authorised security deposit of £150 before check-in.

If the security deposit option is selected, no money will be taken unless damage is reported at the property within 7 days after departure



There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car.



The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday,

We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.



No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.

As this was a relatively last minute booking, we found this apartment was available for rent on out dates via The Island Holiday Company. We haven't used this company before but as we wanted to be close to Seaview village centre, and there was little availability, we decided to book it. So glad we did. A perfect apartment for enjoying Seaview and an ideal base for venturing out and exploring the island. The team helped us from the moment we booked, through to discounted ferry tickets and timely responses to a couple of queries whilst on our stay. Perfect we couldn't aske for more. We will certainly be checking out the accommodation on this company's website the next time we plan to visit the island. There was nothing that springs to mind. The apartment was perfect for our needs, a great location and fully fitted out to dine in if you don't want to eat out every night. The building is right on the beach so you get the full Seaview experience when staying there.
