I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is absolutely beautiful, very calm and peaceful — the perfect place to relax.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. They were always smiling and ready to assist with anything, which made the stay even more pleasant.
The hotel has everything you might need. It’s honestly one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in Lebanon. The cleanliness and service were both beyond excellent. The food, including breakfast, was delicious and very well-presented.
No matter where you are in the hotel, the level of care and respect from the staff is outstanding.
There’s only one thing that I believe should be reconsidered: the infinity pool does not allow women wearing a burkini to swim, supposedly because there’s a bar nearby. But in reality, the bar is on one side of the pool, and alcohol is available throughout the hotel, so this policy doesn’t seem fair or logical. I really hope they revise this.
Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. I wish I could have stayed more than one night. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone — it’s an experience worth having.
