La gentillesse du personnel qui est toujours venu à mon aide et qui a toujours été à l'écoute de mes demandes. J'avais une poussette pour mon bébé, or l'entrée n'est pas adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite, ils m'ont toujours aidé à monter ou descendre.

L'équipement de la cuisine pourrait être plus conséquent, par exemple, la présence d'un micro-ondes aurait été plus pratique. Je devais préparer les repas de mon bébé, cela m'aurait aidé.
