Appartamento finemente arredato ed equipaggiato con tutto ciò che serve, dagli elettrodomestici lavatrice e lavastoviglie, bollitore tostapane eccetera, agli ampi armadi uno dei quali conteneva asciugamani puliti lenzuola pulite biancheria per la casa pulita. Televisione con decoder e anche DVD player, due bagni uno dei quali con una sauna fantastica. Il proprietario molto simpatico, veramente un gentiluomo, ci suggeriva addirittura le attrazioni ogni giorno da andare a visitare. Sempre presente per qualsiasi nostra esigenza, ci ha messo a disposizione tutti i numeri di telefono per le emergenze, Wi-Fi password eccetera

A dire il vero ho apprezzato tutto della struttura

Appartamento molto accogliente. Ha tutto quello che può servire durante il soggiorno, che tu sia un gruppo di amici o una famiglia. Il proprietario è una persona squisita, gentilissimo, disponibile e attento. Posizione ottima per raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Rovaniemi in pochi minuti di Uber e all’interno dell’area ricoperta dai pick up delle diverse agenzie dí escursioni. Raccomando questo alloggio.

Very spacious and beds very comfortable Kitchen very well equipped. Landlord very friendly and available.

Iron and hairdryer listed as available but not accessible in the premises! The inaccuracy of the list of what’s included caused great inconvenience as we were attending a NYE party and strongly relied on the items listed as available to help us get ready on the day. A bit of a let down in that respect. The other let down was the strong smell a curry thought out the apartment. We were unable to get red if the strong small even opening the windows twice daily. The smell attached to our clothes and hair from the moment we went in and still could smell it on us already back in the Uk. Toilets , kitchen cupboards and bedding dirty in some areas. The apartment should be deep cleaned and haired between tenants.
