Apartamento ótimo bem espaçoso e funcional, gostamos muito. Bem localizado próximo a tudo oque vc precisa.

Localização próxima a comércio, realmente à cerca de 200 metros da praia, apartamento com bom layout, com o básico e necessário para nossa estadia. Prédio tranquilo e local silencioso. Boa estrutura. O fato de ter máquina de lavar roupas disponível foi maravilhoso para quem está na praia! Ar condicionado nos quartos e na sala foi excelente por conta do calor. Self check in e self check out muito tranquilos de serem feitos. Garagem coberta, de fácil acesso. Fica a 20minutos do parque Beto Carrero. Recomendo!
Tivemos o inconveniente de encontrarmos 5 baratas nos dias 6 dias em que ficamos. Comunicamos ao proprietário que disse que irá sanitizar novamente. O ralo do chuveiro estava bastante entupido, também comunicamos ao proprietário que nos respondeu que irá fazer a manutenção. As toalhas de banho estavam manchadas e não eram cheirosas. Faltou colcha de cama (só tinha um cobertor cobrindo). Sentimos falta de armários para melhor armazenamento das roupas. Só havia um móvel com prateleiras e uma arara com cabides.

apartamento super bem feito, minimalista e supre com todas as necessidades. Anfitriã foi uma fofa, super atenciosa e gentil conosco. Excelente localização e fácil acesso a praia. Check out fácil.
