The apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly residential complex. Right next to it is a large park, perfect for walking, exercising, and spending time with children. The park is home to squirrels and, as we discovered, wild boars as well. Because of that, it's best to avoid walking there after dark.
A Lidl supermarket is about a 15-minute walk away, and there is also a small Żabka convenience store within the residential complex where you can find all the essentials.
It would be nice to have blackout curtains in the bedroom.

Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, blisko Tauron Areny. Dużo miejsca parkingowego w podziemnym garażu. Duże, wygodne i miękkie łóżko. Mieliśmy do dyspozycji również mały taras/ogródek. Osiedle jest spokojne i zadbane. Dostępność sprzętów AGD (żelazko, odkurzacz, pralka, czajnik, mikrofala, piekarnik, suszarka)

Ruhige, gute Lage in sehr gepflegte Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage direkt unter der Wohnung, vom Treppenhaus direkt erreichbar. Kleine Geschäfte und Caffe in direkte Nähe. Gute Telefonische Service.

Сподобалось що квартира новенька. Гарний дизайн. Є близько кавʼярня де можна поснідати і магазин Жабка. Сподобалось також реакція власника на проблему в квартирі. Повідомила що поламаний душ, власник перетелефонував і запропонував відразу за кілька годин аби прийшла людина і це поправила.
Дуже брудне помешкання. Сама квартиру дуже красива але той бруд перекреслив все. На підлозі по всій квартирі чомусь якийсь був пісок чи щось отаке, самостійно змітала це як тільки поселилась. В чайнику була набрана вода з страшним накипом і чайник просто не чистили. У ванній де стоїть фен волосся чуже. Шухляди брудні всередині у спальній. На куні стільниця як і столик в загальній кімнаті був брудний то витирала його бо липло.
