O café da manhã é bom, mas falta uma equipe mais organizada para manutenção dos alimentos e até da limpeza do salão em horários de pico. É perceptível que os funcionários se esforçam mas estão em pouca quantidade.
O hotel não oferece amenidades além de shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido, cujas embalagens ficam dentro do box. Até pequenas pousadas oferecem kits com pasta e escova dental, touca de banho e sabonete para lavar as mãos na pia do banheiro — itens básicos. O hotel é novo, mas apresenta defeitos claros de acabamento, como manchas nas paredes, aplicação inadequada de silicone no box e até problemas no escoamento da água, que é praticamente inexistente. Em um dos quartos, a TV não estava funcionando, o que também prejudicou a experiência.
