Everything you would find in a regular house. Drinking water, nice covers, nice beds, cold AC. Overall the rom is good for the price, but a little misleading on the title.
I assumed beachfront meant beachfront. Couldn't upload the video, but the room is pretty far from the beach. Not even beach view. Room was under some stairs, and people traffic was heard every time. Door knob was broken, and had a rough time getting in and out of the room every time. No hot water, only not extremely cold water.
