Welcome to our stunning apartment on the top floor of a historic building with an elevator, located right in front of the Genoa Aquarium. With breathtaking 360-degree views of the Porto Antico and the historic center, this is your perfect haven to explore the true medieval Genoa, with its charming alleys and streets sung about by De André.
The apartment, recently renovated and very bright, is ideal for extended stays. With approximately 100 square meters of space, it features two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large panoramic terrace.
Here, you can enjoy unforgettable evenings admiring the Porto Antico, the boats, cruise ships, and the Expo area. The kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, allows you to choose between a home-cooked meal or dining out at the many nearby restaurants. The area is rich in amenities, including supermarkets and playgrounds for children.

- Air conditioning in the living room, kitchen, and dining room; fans in the bedrooms

**Guest access:**

My family and I live in the same building and are available for any needs or advice about the city.

- Please leave the apartment clean and tidy
- No pets allowed
- Smoking is allowed only on the terrace
- Respect the agreed number of guests
- Check-in after 2 PM, check-out by 11 AM
- No parties, please respect the neighbors

Parking nearby is available upon request at 25 euros per day, not included in the rental price.
