Central Height Apartment Superior

Excellent location and a new apartment. Plenty of space. We stayed for six nights. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn't work for half the time, but the host was very helpful and went out of his way to assist us. Sehr gute Lage und neues Apartment. Sehr viel Platz. Wir waren in der Unterkunft 6 Nächte. Leider ging das WLAN die Hälfte der Zeit nicht, jedoch war der Host sehr bemüht, uns zu helfen.

The accommodation description promised a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no cutlery, no pots, etc. The sofa bed was also missing. As a family, we relied on both. Therefore, we had to buy the kitchen utensils ourselves at our own expense and sleep three to a bed in the cramped space. There were also only two broken old chairs and a low coffee table, so we couldn't use the chairs as a table and had to eat on the floor. What was absolutely unacceptable was that three prospective tenants showed up unannounced for apartment viewings in one day. All eight people had our door code and suddenly appeared in our apartment. Each time we had to argue, which wasted our time and energy. The host apologized afterward; it was apparently the real estate agent's mistake. It should never happen that strangers can simply walk into our apartment, regardless of who is at fault. In der Beschreibung der Unterkunft war eine voll ausgestatteten Küche und einer Schlafcouch versprochen. Leider gab es überhaupt kein Besteck, keinen Topf usw. Auch die Schlafcouch war nicht vorhanden. Auf beides waren wir als Familie angewiesen. Daher mussten wir die Küchenutensilien auf unsere Kosten selbst kaufen und zu dritt im engen Bett schlafen. Es gab weiterhin nur 2 kaputte alte Stühle und einen niedrigen Couchtisch, somit konnte man den Stuhl nicht zum Tisch nutzen und wir mussten am Boden essen. Was leider ein absolutes No-Go war, war dass an einem Tag insgesamt 3x Interessenten unangekündigt zu einer Wohnungsbesichtigung kamen. Alle 8 Personen hatten unseren Türcode und standen plötzlich in unserer Wohnung. Jedes mal mussten wir diskutieren und das hat uns Zeit und Nerven gekostet. Der Host entschuldigte sich im Nachhinein dafür, es war wohl ein Fehler des Immobilienmaklers. Es darf niemals passieren, dass Fremde einfach in unsere Wohnung kommen können, egal wer Schuld hat.
