The villa is brand new (completed in 2025) and in perfect condition. It's a dream home that you won't want to leave. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning unit, large windows and sliding doors with a view of the outdoor area and pool. Both bedrooms on the top floor have an attached balcony. The main balcony is huge and can be accessed easily from both the bedrooms and the hallway. From the balcony, you can enjoy lovely views of the outdoor area and the natural surroundings on the other side of the road. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, fridge and coffee machine. Everything you need to cook dinner for the family or bake a cake is available. The pool is very big, well maintained, lit at night and easy to access. The outdoor seating area has comfortable chairs, sun loungers and a large dining table. There is also a grill and a small outdoor kitchen. The pool is cleaned and the grass is mown regularly by professional staff. You can access the property using a PIN code, key or remote to open the electric sliding door. You can easily park two regular-sized cars on the property. The entire property is surrounded by concrete walls, an electric fence and a video surveillance system that monitors every possible entry point. The neighbourhood is very clean, safe and quiet. There are no party locations nearby. To top it all off, you will receive a wonderful concierge service when you book this villa. The concierge team are very friendly, efficient and easy to reach. They offer a variety of services, from cleaning to private chefs. Before you arrive, they will send you a welcome booklet containing all the important information you need, including details of nearby restaurants and much more.

The pool is saltwater, which is great for your body and the environment, but it can cause problems for people who are prone to infections. The dishes are limited to a family of four people. If you plan to eat all your meals at home, you may need to run the dishwasher twice a day to ensure you have clean plates, forks, knives and spoons for every meal. Unfortunately, the roof cannot be accessed, which would be ideal for enjoying the view and watching the sunset. It's difficult to find if you don't use the booking coordinates. There is no Google Maps pin or working address that you can use to find the house. However, the name of the villa is written on the door. It takes 6 minutes to get to Pereybere Beach by car or scooter. It takes much longer on foot and you will be walking on the road. Anyway, we would definitely book this villa again. It's perfect for a holiday in Mauritius.
