The space was well-lit well-designed and comfortable.

The halls and path to the room are a little confusing at first. The detailed information to navigate the multiple step process was sent after check in time. It could be helpful to receive that information before check in (even if the code isn’t set yet) just so I could decipher all of it before arriving instead of upon arrival. I had to figure it in the dark because of an electrical incident (no one’s fault, but it made me feel uncertain about the location and the doors I was looking for). The numbers for the apartments are on the ground instead of on the doors or at eye view, which made it hard to identify the apartment (especially in the dark). Something to distinguish the apartment door could be helpful. The cleaning staff came in to check on the apt access code (in the midst of the electrical incident) and startled me. Knocking to communicate would have helped a lot tbh. I was alone so it contributed to feeling uncertain about the space I was in.
