A hard one to value this. The apartment has a white clean appearance but the paintwork is clearly amateur DIY. The appliances are working but very old, all the furniture is the cheapest flatpack. The bathroom is a nightmare, a high walled bath with a wooden 2 step ladder to get up onto it, and nothing but the glass partition and the hot (-it was Jan) electric towel rack to hold onto for the long step-down. No space to sit on it and swing the leg in. Not for the frail or
elderly. It had the air of a place bought, given one coat of paint over the walls doors, and banged straight onto the market. But on the plus side, if you want cheap and quiet in that part of London it is, I suppose value for money
