Excellent property, well maintained, very hygienic, definitely worth a visit again. The check-in process was very smooth and the host was very welcoming and really gave a lot of guidance as to the area and was very cooperative and flexible. Will definitely make it a point to come back again soon.

This apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. Dileep the owner communicated clearly and effectively from when I made the booking. He sent clear instructions as to where to find the keys to the property which were located in a lock box outside the apartment. The apartment contained everything required and had the added bonus of a washing machine on the balcony off the kitchen (there are two balcony's at the property). There is a generous sized refrigerator as well as pans etc for cooking in the kitchen area.
The whole apartment is sealed and netted at the windows to protect from mosquitos.
There is AC in the main room as well as the bedroom plus well positioned fans.
The bedroom is a good size with a comfortable bed and we both slept well.
The bathroom is a good size with a hot water geyser and was spotless.
There is a smart TV and a sofa to relax on.
The complex itself is very well maintained and secure. It is in a good location with a great choice of restaurants just outside the gate.
I would definitely book to stay at this fabulous property again and would definitely recommend it to others
The only thing to comment on which wasn't a massive issue is that there are only 4 sunbeds for use by the apartments owned by Mr Robinson. We were aware that some of the people occupying them were not always staying in one of Mr Robinsons properties but it was quite difficult to know what the etiquette of the sunbeds was.
It would not put me off staying at the property again as it was only a very small issue.

The apartment was newly renovated to a very high standard. The landlord Dileep was lovely, very friendly and wants his guests to be comfortable. The property is in a gated location near to restaurants and shops. The beach is about 15 minutes walk away.
There was nothing to dislike about this beautiful apartment. The grounds are beautiful and well looked after. The price is very reasonable.
