Very spacious and central location.
Street noise in bedrooms, neighbors above had laundry hanging down to terrace.

The apartment is very spacious, charmingly decorated, and in an excellent location, especially during São Joaninhas. There are many walkable restaurants nearby. It was easy to check in and check out using the lockbox for the key.
We encountered four large cockroaches in the apartment and hallway. The street noise was understandable due to the festival, but even after things quieted down, the bedrooms had very little sound insulation. Normal street sounds, like a garbage truck, sounded as if they were inside the apartment. The stairs may also be challenging for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
