Die Lage, die Ausstattung und dass zum Appartement ein Tiefgaragenplatz gehört. Das Appartement hat keinen Gartenblick, aber der Blick zur Straße war nicht störend. Nachts war es trotzdem ruhig. Bei großer Hitze hat dieses Appartement den Vorteil, das es keine intensive Sonneneinstrahlung gibt. Man kann auf dem Balkon gut im Schatten sitzen.
Die Tonqualität des Fernsehgerätes ist sehr schlecht. Es fehlen entsprechende Lautsprecher. Die Handtücher sollten ausgewechselt werden. Man sieht und spürt die lange Benutzungsdauer.
