The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Samuel, who welcomed me, explained everything clearly, and was very supportive even though I arrived later than expected. His professionalism and kindness made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is small, with a very compact bathroom, but it is clean, cozy, and well-suited for travelers who spend most of their time exploring the city or are visiting Milan for work. The location is also convenient, especially for access to Milano Centrale.

Unfortunately, the internet stopped working during my stay, and the issue could only be addressed the following day, which was inconvenient. There was no trash bin or even a trash bag available in the apartment. I also found it strange that the TV remote control was locked away and inaccessible. Another point to consider is that the apartment is located on the ground floor right next to the entrance. Because of this, you can clearly hear conversations, people entering and leaving the building, and sometimes loud voices from outside.

Sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable - It shapes the body form and that causes back pain and a bit difficult to move while sleeping Bathroom is quite small - little bit difficult to use especially the shower

The only good thing about this place was its location, as it was close to the metro station. The apartment was not clean or well maintained. I took out a plate to use, and it was dirty and had clearly not been washed. The chandelier was dusty and needed cleaning, and there was dust throughout the apartment. The bathroom was extremely small. Overall, there was no comfort at all, and the cleanliness was far below expectations.
