الموقع ومساحة الشقة وترتيبها رائعه جداً ، وحرص موضفي الاستقبال على أرضاء العميل .
طلب الاستقبال لمبلغ التأمين على الرغم بعدم وجود هذا البند اثناء الحجز وملاحظة تطبيق البوكينج في إتمام السداد وعدم الحاجة لدفع مبالغ اخرى ورغم هذا أصروا على دفع مبلغ التأمين الذي إلى الان وبعد مرور اسبوع تقريباً لم يعاد المبلغ لي.

فندق جميل ورائع مطل على المطار ويوجد به مسبح نظيف خارجي مناسب للكبار والصغار وأشكر الموظفين على حسن استقبالهم وأخلاقهم وتعاونهم وخاصة الأخ محمود

النظافة جداً رايعه والموقع بالنسبه لزوار مدينة جدة وايضاً التعاون من موظفين الاستقبال جميعهم ولطف كلامهم وردهم على النزلاء وسرعة استجابتهم .
بالنسبة لخدمة النظافة اثناء الإقامة المفروض كل يوم يتم الاتصال على النزيل وتوفير ما ينقصه من استخدامات النظافة كالمناديل وغيرها وايضاً السعر مبالغ فيه بالنسبه للمكان وشكراً لكم
