Sehr guter Aufenthalt, das Apartment ist in bester Lage mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick über North Beach Miami und runter bis nach Miami downtown.
Sehr sauberes und sehr schön eingerichtes Apartment mit allem was man braucht.
Fitnessstudio, Dachterasse und Pool alles sehr schön.
Parkhaus am Apartment etwas teuer, aber dafür sauber, neu und mit sehr vielen freien Parkplätzen und man kommt direkt mit dem Fahrstuhl fast direkt ans Auto.

Lägenheten var väl utrustad med både hårfön samt plattång. Köket är helt fullutrustat med alla möjliga köksverktyg och maskiner. Det bästa med lägenheten var nog dem otroliga utomhus faciliteterna dvs poolområdet med massor av solstolar och solbäddar, dem har också en bar där du kan beställa drinkar och även pizza under dagen samt en jätte fin takterrass att hänga på, även handdukar finns att låna nere vid poolen. Gymmet var också super.

A clean, modern apartment with most things needed for a short term stay. Ten minutes walk to beach with chairs and towels provided (umbrella paid). Many restaurants in the area (try the prix fixe special at Locura Marina Peruvian on Collins near 72nd). Chatted with many people from different countries in the building.
Getting in was a disaster. We had no instructions or information at all. Finally called the host in Argentina late the night before. He said we needed to set up an app for entry which is fine, but was not advised until the call! Also no instructions about anything in the unit, such as how the digital stove and other appliances work (thanks to AI). BTW, at this time there are three new buildings going up within a few hundred feet, and there is construction noise 8-5.

Great communicative host, and great spot to rest. Loved that there was a full pack of coffee waiting for us. Amazing views, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great restaurants in the area as well that are all walkable. Especially Prima Pasta, (Messi's favorite pasta restaurant). Publix and Walgreen's a few blocks away which is very convenient as well.
