A safety gate is provided to help prevent kids and pets from going upstairs - Please keep the deck screen door closed at all times to prevent local wildlife from entering the home - The basement is only accessible for laundry use and is not suitable for children - The property is accessed via a dirt road that may be affected by snow and ice.
