Excellent location, and a very clean and comfortable room.

It was rather small, but it had everything that we needed - and some cute bears.

1. The location is very central and has easy access to most of the conveniences including the Haeundae beach 2. The view of the sea especially when you wake up, sums it all 3. The room is compact and of the precise size for 2 pax 4. The kitchen was well stocked and comes with all the modern conveniences required 5. The bathroom fittings especially the Japanese toilet makes things less wet 6. The check in instructions and the host being in constant touch makes it helpful during the initial settling in

1. It would be great if bath towels could be provided, currently there are only hand size towels provided 2. The TV remote is glitchy and may need looking into 3. The TV didnt allow us to sign into our Netflix, so we were forced to view content with the account signed in (presumably, the host's)

The location was good. About a 12 min walk to the beach. The metro is 15 min walk away. Very clean. Good space.

When visiting a foreign country where everything. Is very different. Expectations. Rules. The way things are done in general and you don’t know your way around. Communication is paramount. I found it extremely lacking in this stay. The stay 5 stars the communication 1 star. Everywhere else I’ve stayed the instructions and guidance have been amazing. Here I was given blown off answers and left unanswered and confused. Not a good feeling. Dropped off with a ton of luggage where I couldn’t get in not knowing which way to go with heavy luggage. .1 very small garbage bag for a week. And wouldn’t tell me where to get more specialty bags for the garbage. No response. Thanks for teaching me how important good communication is with a stay. I will stick to airbnb from now on unless it’s a hotel.
