Location , cleaness , organazition of receiving the apartment was good.
AC was weak ( most times the rooms not cold enough) and required to get maintenance.

Near to many place of interest in central jakarta.
The photo shows bathub but there is no bathub.
The AC sometimes not functioned well.

I had a great stay here and would definitely book this place again if I return to Jakarta.
The apartment was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also really appreciated having both a microwave and a washing machine, which made my stay much more convenient.
The hosts were exceptional. They replied to every message in less than a minute and were always helpful and responsive.
The location is another big advantage. The building has two restaurants (one serving local food and one a bit more upscale), a bakery, and even a liquor store. Right next to the complex, there’s also a small supermarket, so everything you might need is just a short walk away.
It’s also conveniently located only about 10–15 minutes from the train station, making it a great base for exploring Jakarta.
Overall, I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
The multi plug wasn’t working ! (It’s such a small detail)

The room is exceptionally clean, facilities are complete, best strategic place in Jakarta, close to the train station.
