Location could not have been better. The view is probably the best in the entire area. The parking was ample. The house had enough room for everyone in our group.
It was quite close to the road, but there is hardly any traffic along that section of E16 so the occasional sound of passing vehicles wasn't a bother.

The view is absolutely incredible, breathtaking! The silence... We just loved and we wish to stay more time! 1 night wasn't enough to enjoy the house which is really nice. We didn't think it was very clean, especially the bedrooms, particularly the one with carpet - which doesn't help, but the rest - the bathroom and kitchen - was spotless. The house was super comfortable and warm, we loved arriving and feeling the comfort of the house. It's very well equipped, it just doesn't have a freezer, otherwise everything works perfectly!
Considering that there's nothing to do in Flam except the town center (or hiking, which wasn't our intention), the house is a bit far from the center – a 1-hour walk or a 50 EUR taxi ride (ouch). Therefore, the location is too far for those who want to be in the center, for those who want total and perfect silence.
