A day before check-in, the host messaged me to ask the time of arrival and if we need a parking space for our stay. On the day, she sent us the detailed process on how to get into the building and how to get the property key. It was a very organised and quick process to be honest. The host was very responsive even when we arrived almost 10 in the evening. She made sure we got in to the property without any hassle. The moment we came in to the apartment, we were stunned how beautiful and organised the property was. The host clearly has thought of what the travellers would need during the stay even to the tiny bits that you will really appreciate like extra towels, a separate pool towels, condiments in the fridge, Ice in the freezer, fully equipped and very organised kitchen with all the things you need if you plan to cook or just heat pre-cooked food. She even provided laundry tablet and dishwashing tablet that we can use. Another best part is, you can clearly see that the place is not only tidy but also very clean and well maintained. There is a washing machine and dryer that was very helpful especially for us who had to wash some of our clothes for the rest of our stay in San Diego. We slept well in the comfy and high quality bed. The lounge area was very spacious and comfortable and there is an access to a terrace where you can enjoy a good morning coffee and a night-time breeze while enjoying a wine. There is a store just at the back of the property where we bought alcohol and groceries during our stay, & 7-11 is close by too. We didn't drive but it was not a problem, the train station is just walk away from the property that has access to different areas of San Diego, bus stop for different buses are very accessible too! The pool area was very clean and accessible, with a heated pool provided and a hot tub on the other side, so convenient after a long day of walks and exploration of the city. Highly recommended! NONE!!!! This property is a GEM! We couldn't recommend it enough! The host clearly know what she is doing and not overpricing! A very affordable high quality apartment that won't rip your pocket!

If your a light sleeper tram line outside maybe an issue but didn’t bother either of us
