Clean, well-equipped flat with comfortable bed. The underground garage parking is useful although it would be helpful to put dimensions on the website..

The flat is on the second floor (not mentioned on the website) and up 2 concrete spiral staircases (one not lit at night) and another spiral staircase down to the garage, 54 stairs in total - no lift. I didn't like the communication with the owner. She insisted that I clicked on a link to see a brochure giving access info, I don't like to click on unknown links, so I had very unpleasnt, unnecessary messaged conversations until I was finally given the access information without clicking on the link, but it was made very clear that I was being a nuisance,, so started off on a very. stressful, sour note. I think the web site should show if links to outside sources are required, (at the time, I was told I would receive access info by email) so that you can avoid such properties. I think Myriam needs to be more customer-friendly/sympathetic. Tiny dishwasher that the plates don't fit into, shower curtain rather than a screen and a slippery bath. The keysafe is difficult to open, especially when dark as there's no light.
