Great location, lovely bedrooms and quirky cinema room. It was a good base for visiting family nearby, so most of our time was spent with them rather than at the property.
The stairs are very steep - a bit tricky for arthritic knees! But they are typical of the age and style of the property, which is lovely overall.

Location great right in centre of Hebden bridge, house is quirky and different which is what we like. Lots of space, basement added bonus for friends celebrating, listening to music and not disturbing anyone. excellent value for money, will definitely stay here again.
Basement not quite finished but wasn't an issue.
