Matisse No7 - One Bedroom Apartment With Balcony

Good location, quieter area than the center but easily accessible. Responsive in WhatsApp. Late check out free of charge. Would recommend but not for long.

We didn't get to the place on the day we booked it because the place was "disinfected" the day before and it wouldn't be safe for us to stay there. So they put us in another room for a night. This is fine, but would have been nice to know about it beforehand and not upon arrival! Then they told us the place would be ready around 11, but we only were able to enter at 2, so I suspect they actually gave someone else another night, and moved us in the next day. Also the place (still) had a lot of ants. The kitchen had little cooking utensils (3 noodle holders but no colander, for example). The shower big head can't be used, only the small one, which may be difficult at times, especially because my husband is quite tall. The place was clean but the toilet seat wasn't thaaat clean inside (you could see some remains way in the back in the porcelain). Which is why again, I think someone else was apartment for one more night, and then they rushed to get it ready for us. They *did* let us have a late check out free of charge, but an employee came to the apartment around 11.30h to clean so I guess he didn't know about this, which was a bit uncomfortable.
