The property that the place I stayed in was huge and we were able to have fires at night and hang out in the yard. The hosts were extremely helpful and very nice people. Anytime I needed anything they were right on it. The temperature was pretty cold and it got cold in the mornings when I woke up so I asked Scott, the owner if he could put the heat a little higher and he was on it immediately. He respected my privacy and was very pleasant and friendly. I would definitely stay there on my next trip to Florida!
The only thing that could have been better was the WEATHER! it got really cold in FL while I was down there. Everything else was awesome.

Scott was a very accommodating host. We requested some extra paper supplies as well as a different mattress cover & he took care of these requests very quickly. The rental was very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated.
The pros outweigh the cons, but location was a little sketchy. The property next door appeared occupied while under construction, a camper was parked & occupied beyond our rental on the same lot, etc. I usually walk around the neighborhood in the mornings, but did not at this location. Walls were not insulated— we heard our neighbor snoring every night & the other neighbor talking, rattling dishes, etc.
