Gera vieta, arti metro stotelės. Geras kainos kokybės santykis. Patogu keturiems. Autentiška sukta laiptinė mediniais laiptais.
Atvykus buvo pateiktas ne tas durų kodas, teko aiškintis. Butas su balkonu, bet pastatas apstatytas stelažais. Keistas sprendimas TV pakabinti miegamajame, o ne sveitainėje. Minimaliai priemonių, kaip kad viena indaplovės kapsulė keturioms dienoms. Pertekliniai prašymai sutvarkyti apartamentus juos paliekant. Susidarė įspūdis, kad nuomotojai paliekantys apartamentus turi paruošti juos atvykstantiems.

Удобное месторасположение, рядом метро, булочные, супермаркеты. Квартира для трех человек очень комфортна. В квартире есть все для удобства, и в кухне, и в спальне. В квартире было тепло. Есть капсульная кофемашина, тостер. Отдельно душевая и туалет, очень удобно.
Квартира находится на 5 этаже, без лифта, по круговой лестнице. На входной двери нет ручки, было неудобно закрывать дверь. В душевой было только жидкое мыло, лейка в душевой требует ремонта. Ранее выселение, в 11:00 и так как это ни гостиница, багаж оставить негде.
