Las instalaciones modernas y nuevas y restaurant donde se sirve el desa expectacular

Debido a nuestro itinerario llegamos muy tarde y no había nadie para hacer ingreso al hotel y tuvimos que esperar, a pesar de haber avisado. Y la persona que nos recibió no nos dio mucha información. Nosotros arrendamos la habitación y no los departamentos sobre el agua, pero en las fotos no queda claro cual es la habitación y esta esta en el edificio de ingreso a las instalaciones y por tanto el baño no tenía ventilación y estaba hediondo a humedad al ingresar. Finalmente el día del check out, en dos ocasiones antes de las 8 AM nos abrieron la puerta pieza, desconozco si era personal del hotel o no. Se disculparon y se fueron pero fue bastante incomodo.

Very modern furniture and bathroom facilities. Close to public transport links. Food was great in the restaurant. Air con unit in room.

Not as advertised on Booking.com. the photos that advertised were of a vessel of accommodation on the river, with a hot tub on deck. We were put in a pokey little room in the main building that had a curve in the floor. The advertisement also highlighted an outdoor pool and there was no pool at all. No balcony or private space to sit and enjoy the lovely weather. Very noisy in the early hours with drunk people shouting and chanting but this may have been because of the World Cup kicking off.
