Everything is great, location is perfect, AC is working, its in a really quiet location. Metro station is literally like 50 meters down the road.
It feels unfinished in some places. Wall next to the door is starting to show some signs of molding due to moisture building up i think, sometimes theres is really bad smell in the bathroom which we cannot understand where is coming from but usually is only when the washing machine is on. The shower holder is not screwed in properly and one tile in bedroom is falling off near the door. But its just nitpicking.
