Its was very good, I like the location central Nadi, its moslty in the middle of entertainments area like denarau and shopping areas aswell, from Namaka, Nadi town and Lautoka. There are alot of things in Jetpoint RB, cinema and great food. KingBurger just 2minutes walk away. Good people the atmosphere was good. We like the experience and I would recommended going there.

Mostly at night drunken ppl makes you feel unsafe but other than that all is well, we didnt had any bad experience.

It’s more convenient and located closer to the supermarket and shops.

We had booked a Standard Room, but when we arrived, we were placed in a Two-Bedroom Apartment instead. When we asked about it, the receptionist explained that the Standard Rooms were fully booked. We found this a little confusing, as those rooms were still being advertised, and we had specifically booked one. Unfortunately, the apartment wasn’t in the condition we expected. It didn’t appear to have been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. The tap was leaking, there were used soap wrappers left in the bathroom, the walls and floors were quite dirty, there were stains on the sofa, and there was a strong curry smell throughout the living room. We also struggled to get a good night’s sleep. The mattress was hard, and only two very flat pillows were provided, so we had to use the pillows from the second bedroom. We also noticed that the microwave couldn’t be used because it didn’t have the correct two-pin plug to connect to the power outlet. Because of these issues, we contacted the owner and explained our concerns. We really appreciated that they arranged for us to move to another room the following day. The new room was much better and, in fact, was the Standard Room we had originally booked. While we were grateful that the situation was resolved, it was unfortunate that we had to spend part of our holiday moving rooms. We hope this feedback is helpful, as a little more attention to cleanliness, maintenance and ensuring guests receive the room they booked would make a big difference to the overall experience.
