Horrible, no toilet paper, stolen skis

One of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. The check-in process was a nightmare — the staff gave us the wrong room multiple times, didn’t answer their phone, and we were stuck outside until 1:00 AM unable to get into the correct unit. All the keys for multiple rooms were left in one apartment, which felt extremely unsafe and poorly managed. It was also not clearly stated anywhere in the listing that there would be NO BED LINENS, TOWELS, OR TOILET PAPER provided. When we entered, the beds were old, stained, and clearly not in clean condition. On top of that, the apartment had no toilet paper and no hand soap, despite the listing CLEARLY showing that toilet paper was included. This is unacceptable, unsanitary, and misleading. When we tried to speak with the front desk, they told us that the property was “managed through Booking.com” and refused to help with any of these issues. To make matters even worse, some members of our group had their ski boots stolen from right outside the apartment door — something the staff did not assist with at all. Overall, the stay felt unsafe, unclean, and completely misrepresented. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

They billed us twice for the the linen and they are refusing to reimburse one of the transactions. Now the matter is with our bank

Location. It was right on slopes.

It was small and very outdated. It needs a refurb and new beddings.

La télé qui ne fonctionne pas, l'absence de casier pour les skis, la porte du balcon qui ne ferme pas (passage d'air...) Le service client désagréable.

Un peu excentré dans la station. Logement vétuste et presque délabré Literie en mauvais état Plancher, partiellement détruit.

- 3 LITS POUR UNE RÉSERVATION POUR 4 PERSONNES!!! AUCUNE RÉPONSE À MA PLAINTE À CE SUJET!!! - Je fais un message pour m'assurer que tour est OK pour notre arrivée, réponse : tout est Ok, on vous donnera le code le jour même. À l'arrivée pas de code, il manque des documents à envoyer par mail!!! - réservation d'une place de parking pour notre véhicule confirmée par écrit par le loueur, jamais reçu d'informations pour localiser et accéder au parking malgré ma relance...!!! - fêtes interdites mentionné mais du bruit toute la nuit et des déchets, bouteilles de bière plein les couloirs!!!

Lamentable.

L'emplacement

Pas de mail reçu avant la réservation pour avoir des informations sur le check in malgré des demandes par mail : pas très rassurant... Une fois le mail obtenu (après appel téléphonique), compliqué de trouver l'appartement. Une fois dans l'appartement, le canapé lit 2 places est en fait un lit 1 place : l'un de nous 4 a dû dormir par terre (on nous avait dit qu'on nous trouverait une solution, mais à 22h toujours rien !). La dernière personne que j'ai eue en ligne m'a parlé d'un dédommagement... rien pour l'instant, pas même un mail ou un appel d'excuse !
