Really new, right into Rovaniemi’s city center, comfortable and convenient.

Asunto oli tilava ja erittäin hyvällä paikalla.
Avaimen saaminen oli todella hankalaa ja ohjeistus monimutkainen. Tunnin etsimme avainta illalla 22 aikoihin, alkoi jo väsy painaa ja hermo kiristyä. Koitin soittaa kolme kertaa numeroon, jossa oli automaatti viesti, että olemme nyt kiireisiä, soitamme sinulle takaisin mahdollisimman pian. Päivien jälkeenkään en puhelua ole saanut. Etsin netistä asiakkuusjohtajan numeron, jolle hävetti soittaa 22 perjantai-iltana, mutta hän onneksemme auttoi meitä ja pääsimme lopulta asuntoon. Asunto oli perus siisti, joitakin roskia näkyi lattioilla, kaukosäätimestä oli patterit loppunut, samoin ilmalämpöpumpun kaukosäätimestä. Varasimme huoneiston 5:lle hengelle, mutta vaan 4:lle oli pedit tehtynä, toki viidennellenne löytyi kaapista lakanat ja pyyhkeet, jotka itse laitoimme paikoille ja täkkeihin. Seuraavana iltana oli kaksi saksalaista miestä samassa tilanteessa kadun varressa 21 aikaan illalla. Yli puoli tuntia heitä autoin, jotta pääsivät vihdoin ja viimein asuntoonsa, samoista epäselvistä ohjeista johtuen. Jos tämä suomalaiselle oli näin hankalaa niin mitä se on ulkomaalaisille...
