La ubicación.y la decoración típica de madera.
Las escalera muy inestable,el colchón de la cama inferior en mal estado.el sofá muy sucio .los percheros se caían constantemente .el WC en muy mal estado se volcaba.mucha falta de mantenimiento y limpieza de tapicerías.
